JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONERS -Sudesh Khullar @ Preety Sood and her husband Prabalvir Sood (parents in -law), have preferred the instant petition for the grant of concession of anticipatory bail, in a case registered against them along with their son and main accused Gaurav Sood (husband) of complainant -Jasmeet Kaur, vide FIR No. 26 dated 21.09.2013, on accusation of having committed the offences punishable under Sections 494, 498 -A, 420, 493 and 120 -B IPC, by the police of Police Station Women Cell City, Amritsar.
