JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER has filed this petition seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 26.2.2014 (Annexure P -7) whereby petitioner had been ordered to be transferred from his place of posting under respondent No. 3 to National Fertilizers Limited Unit Bathinda.

(2.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner was working as a Senior Assistant Manager with National Fertilizers Limited Naya Nangal Unit and had been transferred to Bathinda Unit as he had filed CWP No. 25947 of 2013 seeking his promotion.
