JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER has approached this Court with a grievance that respondent No. 3 has not correctly assessed the candidates as per the criteria laid down vide instructions dated 10.05.2013 (Annexure P -2), which lay down the criteria for making recruitment from Register A -I, A -II and C to the Haryana Civil Service (Executive Branch) under Rules 9, 10 and 14 of the Haryana Civil Service (Executive Branch) Rules, 2008.

(2.) IT is the grievance of the petitioner that because of incorrect assessment as per the criteria laid down, petitioner's name has been recommended at a lower stage than his entitlement. He contends that this would result in the petitioner losing his opportunity to the nomination to the HCS (Executive Branch) for Register A -I.
