JUDGEMENT

(1.) PRAYER in this petition, filed under Section 482, Cr.P.C., is for quashing of FIR No. 47, dated 03.05.2009, under Sections 148, 427, 447 and 506 read with Section 149, IPC, registered at Police Station, Lohian, District Jalandhar, and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise.

(2.) VIDE order dated 21.11.2013, the affected parties were directed to appear before the learned trial Court for getting their respective statements recorded with regard to the compromise. The said Court was also directed to send copies of the statements and the detailed report in that regard to this Court.
