JUDGEMENT

(1.) A sum of Rs.20,000/- towards arrears of maintenance pendente lite was paid by the respondent to the appellant, which was received by the appellant.

(2.) Learned counsel for the parties have been heard.

(3.) The appellant chose to file the present appeal against the judgment and decree dated 3.2.2010 passed by Additional District Judge, Sonepat, dismissing the petition filed by the appellant under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
