KIDAR NATH SHARMA Vs. THE FINANCIAL COMMISSIONER AND SECRETARY TO GOVERNMENT, HARYANA, FINANCE DEPARTMENT

JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER has approached this Court praying for the grant of the benefit of Haryana Government Notifications dated 14.05.1991 as well as 26.06.1992 on the analogy of grant of this benefit to the Private Secretaries working in the Haryana Civil Secretariat in the same pay -scale. Claim is primarily based on grant of additional increment.

(2.) COUNSEL for the respondents has brought to the notice of the Court the order passed by this Court in C.W.P. No. 16349 of 1992 where similar claim made by another employee has been considered by the Division Bench of this Court and rejected the same.

(3.) FINDING no merit in the present writ petition, the same stands dismissed.
