(1.) Petitioner seeks a writ in the nature of certiorari seeking quashing of orders Annexures P5 & P7 respectively passed by Commissioner and Financial Commissioner, Punjab whereby matter has been remanded to Collector.
(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that case of the petitioner was considered by Collector and he was found suitable candidate for appointment as Lambardar. According to him, Commissioner as well as Financial Commissioner have committed a grave error while remitting the matter to Collector. According to him, Collector's choice appointing petitioner as Lambardar, thus, deserves to be upheld.
(3.) Learned State counsel submits that there is no infirmity with the impugned orders. Same are sustainable.
