(1.) CM No. 1966 -C of 2014:

(2.) THIS application has been filed to recall an order dated 15.1.2014 vide which RSA No. 1265 of 1987 was dismissed for non prosecution. In the application, which is accompanied by an affidavit, it is stated that non appearance of counsel for the applicant on the date fixed was not intentional.

(3.) ON request made by counsel for the applicant, RSA is taken up on board for final disposal today itself.
