JUDGEMENT

(1.) CM No. 430-CII of 2007 Learned counsel appearing for the applicant wife seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to avail remedy available to him before the appropriate Forum. The application is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the applicant to take appropriate course.

(2.) This application was ordered to be heard along with the main appeal.

(3.) It may be mentioned at the outset that interim maintenance was granted by this Court which was Rs.2,000/- per month for the female child born to the parties and the same was enhanced to Rs.5,000/- per month w.e.f. 01.04.2009 vide order dated 23.03.2009 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
