JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER Murti Devi (mother -in -law) wife of Rishi Pal, has directed the instant petition for the grant of regular bail, invoking the provisions of section 439 Cr.PC., in a case registered against her along with her other main accused, namely, Kareem Pal (husband), Richpal alias Rishipal (father -in -law) and Gurpal, brother -in -law (Jeth) of Mamta Devi (deceased), vide FIR No.152 dated 18.5.2013 (Annexure P1), on accusation of having committed the offences punishable under Sections 304 -B read with section 34 IPC (alternatively charged for an offence punishable u/s 302 IPC) by the police of Police Station Pehowa, District Kurukshetra.

(2.) NOTICE of the petition was issued to the State.

(3.) AFTER hearing the learned counsel for the parties, going through the record with their valuable help and considering the entire matter deeply, to my mind, the present petition for regular bail deserves to be accepted in this respect.
