JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE appeals are for enhancement of compensation for death of a male aged 24 years. The deceased remained in hospital for three days before his death. The tribunal divided the amount 40,000/ - for father, 60,000/ - for mother and 1,75,000/ - for widow plus interest amount.

(2.) THE compensation is reassessed and tabulated as follows: -

(3.) IN FAO No. 3145 of 2002 the death was of a male aged 20 years and parents were the claimants. The tribunal held that he would be sparing Rs. 1000/ - for his parents for 5 years and assessed the amount at Rs. 60,000/ - and after marriage at Rs. 500/ - per month and assessed the amount at 60,000/ -.
