JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE case was fixed for application for suspension of sentence. However, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he does not challenge the conviction recorded by the Courts below so, the revision be heard regarding quantum of sentence only.

(2.) LEARNED State counsel has submitted that he is ready with the arguments on quantum of sentence.

(3.) SO , the case has been heard today.
