JAGDEEP SINGH Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER -Jagdeep Singh son of Kulwant Singh, has preferred the instant petition for the grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered against him along with his other co -accused, vide FIR No.133 dated 20.12.2013, for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 420 and 120 -B IPC, by the police of Police Station Bhaini Mian Khan, District Gurdaspur.

(2.) NOTICE of the petition was issued to the State.

(3.) DURING the course of preliminary hearing, the following order was passed by a Coordinate Bench(Surinder Gupta, J.) of this Court on 19.03.2014: -
