(1.) THIS is claimant's appeal challenging the impugned Award on the ground of inadequacy of compensation.
(2.) WHILE passing the impugned Award, the Tribunal observed as under: -

IT could not be disputed before this Court that portion of appellant's left ear had been cut and fallen on the road and his three left side ribs were broken and he also received injuries on left side jaw and had been feeling pain and cannot open his jaw completely while taking food and his teeth were also shaken and he remained admitted for 2 -3 days whereas his piece of ear could not be united and then taken to CMC, Ludhiana by his family members where he remained admitted for about two weeks and even after his discharge from the said hospital, the dead portion of his left ear was to be removed and plastic surgery was suggested for which the Medical Officer has estimated the expenses of Rs. 1,50,000/ - to Rs. 2,00,000/ - but he could not get the same done for lack of money.
