JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONERS -Baldev Singh son of Mohinder Singh and others, have preferred the instant petition for the grant of concession of anticipatory bail, in a case registered against them, vide FIR No. 32 dated 04.04.2014, on accusation of having committed the offences punishable under Sections 323, 452, 427, 448, 506, 148 read with Section 149 IPC, by the police of Police Station Maqboolpura, District Amritsar.
