JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner-Abhishek Anand Pandey son of Chetan Kumar Pandey, has directed the instant petition for the grant of regular bail, in a case registered against him along with his other co-accused, vide FIR No.42 dated 07.05.2012, on accusation of having committed the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 468, 471, 474, 120-B IPC and Sections 18, 19 & 20 of The Transplantation of Human Organ Act, 1994, by the police of Police Station Phase-8, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali.

(2.) Notice of the petition was issued to the State.

(3.) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, going through the record with their valuable assistance and after considering the entire matter deeply, to my mind, there is no merit in the instant petition in this context.
