JUDGEMENT

(1.) Both the above referred petitions are being disposed of by this common order as they arise out of the same order.

(2.) Two separate petitions have been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Shikha Vij is assailing the order dated 23.09.2009 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patiala and the order dated 13.07.2010 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court) Patiala, in petition filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. by her minor daughter. Minor Devanshi Vij is assailing the order dated 13.07.2010, vide which the Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.), Patiala, though upheld the order of the A.C.J.M. but placed the liability of maintenance equally on the mother and the father.
