JUDGEMENT

(1.) PRAYER in the present application is for interim suspension of sentence of applicant -appellant Rupinder Singh during the pendency of appeal on account of the marriage of his son. The applicant -appellant has already filed the application for suspension of sentence and notice of motion in that application has already been issued for 03.03.2014.

(2.) THE applicant -appellant in this petition seeks interim suspension of sentence during the pendency of appeal on the ground that marriage of his son is fixed for 08.02.2014.

(3.) THE applicant has already undergone about two years and one month of sentence and the actual sentence awarded to him is five years.
