KRISHAN Vs. STATE OF HARYANA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.179 dated 09.06.2011 registered under Section 309 IPC at Police Station Kundli, District Sonepat along with all consequential proceedings emanating therein.

(2.) Affidavit filed on behalf of ASI Suraj Bhan, Police Lines, Sonepat is taken on record. Copy has been supplied.

(3.) As per the FIR the police signaled the petitioner to stop at Naka. He ultimately stopped and while threatening the police officers started hitting his head with a stone and shouted that he would commit suicide and that would create problems for the stopping party. When the police party tried to dissuade him he escaped.
