(1.) CRM No. 41813 of 2012 Present application has been filed for condonation of delay of 48 days in filing the appeal.

(2.) In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed. Delay of 48 days is condoned. CRM-A No. 588-MA of 2012

(3.) This application has been filed seeking the Special leave to appeal against the order dated 28.3.2012 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pehowa by which the accused Amrit Lal Jain was acquitted in a complaint under Sec. 138 & 142 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
