JUDGEMENT

(1.) C.M. No. 23343 of 2014 There is a delay of 6 days in re-filing the appeal. For the reasons set out in the application, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed.

(2.) The charge as against the acquitted accused who have been shown as respondents 1 to 4 herein is that they were also part of the criminal conspiracy with the main accused who were convicted. Accused Sonu hired killers and accused Parvez Kumar and Pardeep Kumar gave shelter to the main accused, it has been alleged.

(3.) The trial Court having found that there was no legal evidence to convict the respondents 1 to 4, chose to acquit them.
