JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONERS -Kamaljit Singh son of Shankar Singh and another, have preferred the instant petition for the grant of concession of anticipatory bail, in a case registered against them along with their other co -accused, vide FIR No. 54 dated 13.05.2014, on accusation of having committed the offences punishable under Sections 323, 452, 506, 435, 148 read with Section 149, by the police of Police Station Division No.7, Jalandhar.

(2.) NOTICE of the petition was issued to the State.
