JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER -Hayat son of Jafar, has preferred the instant petition for the grant of concession of anticipatory bail, in a case registered against him, vide FIR No. 75 dated 28.04.2014, on accusation of having committed the offences punishable under Sections 420,473 IPC and Section 11 of PAC Act, by the police of Police Station Chhapar, District Yamuna Nagar.

(2.) NOTICE of the petition was issued to the State.
