JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER Lakhwinder Kaur wife of Jaswinder Singh has preferred the instant petition for the grant of concession of regular bail, invoking the provisions of section 439 Cr.PC, in a case registered against her along with her other main co -accused, vide FIR No.134 dated 22.6.2012 (Annexure P1), for the commission of offences punishable under sections 302, 303, 212, 213, 201, 216, 174 -A, 380, 420, 403, 424, 467 and 120 -B by the police of Police Station City, Sri Muktsar Sahib.

(2.) NOTICE of the petition was issued to the State.

(3.) AFTER hearing the learned counsel for the parties, going through the record with their valuable help and after deep consideration over the entire matter, to my mind, the present petition deserves to be accepted in this regard.
