(2.) For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed.

(3.) It is the brief case of the prosecution that the three accused, namely, Inder, Jakir and Vicky @ Vikash ranked as respondents No.2 to 4 herein who were last seen with deceased Kuldeep on 22.1.2013 from 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. committed the murder of Kuldeep. The investigating official also allegedly recovered blood stained brick. The brick was sent for examination. But unfortunately, the material found on the brick was disintegrated. It was alleged that the jersey of the accused was recovered and the same was sent for examination. The FSL report would disclose that there was human blood found on the jersey of the accused.
