JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order shall dispose of the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 22 dated 20.02.2014, under Sections 420/506/376 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur.

(2.) WHILE issuing notice of motion, the following order was passed by this Court on 01.05.2014: -

Kuldip Sanwal, Advocate, appearing for the complainant would oppose the present petition by contending that even though complainant was earlier married to Satwinder Singh but on account of the inducement and promise of marriage held out by the present petitioner, she had broken the relationship with her husband and had entered into an extramarital affair with the petitioner and a daughter and a son were born out of such wedlock.
