JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') seeking quashing of the FIR No. 58 dated 11.3.2011 (Annexure P -1), registered for offence under Sections 406, 498 -A, 506 IPC at Police Station SGM Nagar, Faridabad, on the basis of the compromise (Annexure P -2).

(2.) THE FIR was recorded with regard to the allegations of demand of dowry and maltreatment of respondent No. 2 by the petitioners.

(3.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case file.
