JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE defendant is in revision against the order dated 08.07.2014 by which application filed by the plaintiffs for amendment of the plaint has been allowed.

(2.) THE plaintiffs filed a suit for possession of the land shown in the red colour from point A to B and C to D in the site plan dated 11.3.2013 with consequential relief of mandatory injunction directing the defendant to remove the illegal and un -authorized encroachment of a wall shown in red colour from point A to B in between the plots of the plaintiffs shown in site plan dated 11.03.2013 and suit for permanent injunction for restraining the defendant forever from illegally and forcibly making any construction or illegal use or changing the nature of the land shown from point A to B and C to D shown in red colour in site plan dated 11.03.2013 and from further making any illegal and forcible encroachment of any kind over the portion starting from point A to B up to point E to F.

(3.) THIS averment has been denied by the plaintiffs in their replication.
