JUDGEMENT

(1.) PRAYER made in the petition is for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case under Sections 406/420 IPC.

(2.) WHEN the present petition came up for preliminary hearing on 29.1.2014, learned counsel representing the petitioner stated that the petitioner was ready and willing to return the amount involved in the FIR. In view of the said statement, notice was issued.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is not in a position to return the amount involved in the FIR.
