JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN these two Regular First Appeals, Award dated 22.11.1993 passed by the District Judge, Faridkot (hereinafter referred to as the reference court) vide which two references under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 had been answered, is under challenge wherein enhancement of compensation has been sought by the appellant -landowner.
