JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER -Gagandeep Gupta son of Ved Parkash, has preferred the instant petition for the grant of concession of anticipatory bail, in a case registered against him along with his other co -accused, vide FIR No. 82 dated 29.05.2013, on accusation of having committed the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 423, 465, 467, 468, 471, 472, 474, 120 -B IPC and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, by the police of Police Station Kotwali Nabha, District Patiala.
