(2.) The petitioners are residents of village Suchetgarh, Tehsil and District Gurdaspur. Their lands, as per the details given below have been acquired by respondent Nos. 1 & 2 under the National Highways Act, 1956 (hereinafter referred to as '1956 Act'):--

(3.) The award was passed in all the cases on in the year 11.05.2011 by the Land Acquisition Collector/Competent Authority, Gurdaspur.
