BALDEV RAJ Vs. STATE OF HARYANA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner has prayed for quashing of FIR No. 326 dated 05.10.2013, for offence under Sections 379, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 of the Indian Penal Code (in short "IPC") registered at Police Station Shahabad (M), District Kurukshetra on the basis of compromise dated 26.11.2013 (Annexure P2) effected between the parties.

(2.) THE parties were directed to appear before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate on 20.12.2013 to get their statements recorded with regard to genuineness of compromise.

(3.) MR . Anupam Sharma, AAG, Haryana has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 and not disputed correctness of assertions of the petitioner that the matter has been settled by way of compromise between the parties.
