JUDGEMENT

(1.) DURING the course of arguments on the application, counsel for the applicant -appellant prays that he does not press the application for suspension of sentence. However, the appeal may be taken on Board and heard on merits.

(2.) COUNSEL for the respondent -State of Punjab has got no objection if the appeal is heard on merits.

(3.) THE application is dismissed as not pressed and the main appeal is taken on Board and ordered to be heard after lunch.
