(1.) FEELING aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this Court by way of instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus.
(2.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, fairly states petitioner has approached this Court without submitting any representation before the respondent authorities. He further submits that given an opportunity, petitioner shall approach the respondent authorities by moving an appropriate representation within a period of two weeks from today and respondent No. 3 may be directed to consider and decide the same, within a reasonable time.
(3.) WITH the observations made above, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
