JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER -Anoop Kumar Sharma son of Ved Parkash Sharma, has preferred the instant petition for the grant of concession of anticipatory bail, in a criminal case instituted on a private complaint (Annexure P -1) by complainant -Pardeep Kumar Sharma son of late Prem Pal Sharma (respondent No.2), in which, initially, he was summoned to face the trial for commission of an offence punishable under Sections 420 IPC, vide summoning order dated 01.10.2011 (Annexure P -2) by the Chief Judicial Magistrate. Consequently, petitioner was granted the concession of anticipatory bail, by way of order dated 07.01.2012 (Annexure P -3) by Addl. Sessions Judge. Subsequently, he was proposed to be charge -sheeted for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 420 & 468 IPC, by means of order dated 04.06.2014 (Annexure P -4), by the trial Court. It necessitated him to file the present petition.
