JUDGEMENT

(1.) The appellants have filed the present appeal for challenging the judgment and order dated 23/24.12.2003 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Chandigarh, whereby they were convicted and sentenced as below:-

(2.) The substantive sentences were ordered to run concurrently.

(3.) According to the prosecution, on 11.11.2000 at about 3.00 p.m when Narinder Kaur-complainant after returning from Gurudwara Sahib was taking rest at her house, accused-Budh Ram came in front of her house and called her outside. He asked her as to why she had thrown garbage in the park and the place where Chabutra was in existence earlier.
