JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE instant revision petition is directed against the order dated 24.09.2013 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Rupnagar (Annexure P -1), whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner against order dated 17.08.2013 passed by the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Rupnagar declining the bail application of the petitioner, has been affirmed.

(2.) COUNSEL for the parties have been heard at length.

(3.) UNDISPUTEDLY , FIR No. 118 dated 20.06.2013 was registered with Police Station Morinda, District Rupnagar, in which the petitioner was cited as an accused pertaining to offence under Sections 364/34 IPC. Offences under Sections 302 and 201 IPC were added later on.
