JUDGEMENT

(1.) VIDE this judgment, following RFAs filed by the State and claimants as well as as cross objections would be disposed of as these have arisen out of the same acquisition.

(2.) VIDE notification dated 7.12.1992 under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 ('Act' for short), 19.52 acres of land was sought to be acquired in village Mawai for development and utilization of land as residential and commercial and roads in Sector 31, Faridabad. The Land Acquisition Collector vide its award dated 27.11.1995 awarded compensation at the rate of Rs. 4,00,000/ - per acre.

(3.) FEELING dissatisfied with the compensation awarded by the Land Acquisition Collector, the land owners sought references under Section 18/23 (1) (a) of the Act.
