JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order shall dispose of the above mentioned two petitions as both of them have arisen out of a common FIR. Since common questions of law and fact are involved, they are being disposed of by this common order.

(2.) BY way of CRM -M No. 34485 of 2012, the petitioner has sought quashing of FIR No. 200 dated 24.12.2011 (Annexure -16) registered under Sections 354, 506, 509 IPC, at Police Station Phillour, District Jalandhar.
