(1.) 1. As the identical points for consideration to grant the concession of anticipatory bail or otherwise to petitioner are involved, therefore, I propose to decide the indicated petitions i.e. CRM No. M -24697 of 2014 titled as "Balihar Singh Vs. Amit Sharma & Anr." (for brevity "the 1st petition") and CRM No.M -24701 of 2014 titled as "Balihar Singh Vs. Narain Dutt & Anr."(for short "2nd petition"), arising out of the two separate similar criminal complaints, vide this common order to avoid the repetition of facts.
(2.) THE petitioner has preferred the instant separate petitions for the grant of concession of pre -arrest bail, in two criminal complaint cases instituted by complainants Amit Sharma & Narain Dutt, in which, he was summoned to face the trial for bailable offences punishable u/ss 138 and 142 of The Negotiable Instruments Act by the trial Magistrate.
(3.) AFTER hearing the learned counsel for the parties, going through the record with their valuable help and after deep consideration over the entire matter, to my mind, the present petitions for pre -arrest bail deserve to be accepted in this context.
