JUDGEMENT

(1.) Written statement on behalf of the respondents has been filed in Court today. Copy whereof has been handed-over to counsel opposite.

(2.) We follow the same course. We direct that the height of the petitioner be measured by Dr. Manjit Singh, Medical Officer, Civil Dispensary, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh. Dr. Manjit Singh, Medical Officer, is directed to measure the height of the petitioner at 10.00 A.M. on 27.2.2004 and place the height measurement on the record of this case.

(3.) Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, as reproduced above, Dr. Manjit Singh, Medical Officer, Civil Dispensary, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, has submitted his report. Same reads thus:-
