JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is directed against the judgment of the Matrimonial Court, Hoshiarpur dated 2.11.1989 which had dismissed the petition under Section 13(1-A) (ii) of the Hindu Marriage Act filed by the petitioner, herein appellant, for dissolution of marriage by a decree of divorce.

(2.) Aggrieved against the aforesaid judgment the petitioner has filed the present appeal.
