(1.) HEARD . Considering all the facts, the concessions under section 438 Cr.P.C. is allowed. Interim direction dated April 2, 1993 is hereby confirmed. The petitioners shall be admitted to bail as and when arrested and join investigation as and when called. With these directions the petition stands disposed of.
