JUDGEMENT

(1.) In this writ petition the petitioner has challenged two orders namely:-

(2.) An interim prayer was also made in the writ petition for staying the operation of the order of the reversion.

(3.) The Motion Bench while admitting the writ petition on 12.11.1993 ordered that the stay matter be put up jbefore a Single Judge on 16.11.1993. On November 16,1993 when the stay matter came up for hearing written statement was filed on behalf of the Sugar Mills in the Court and the case was adjourned to 26.11.1993 for arguments on stay matter. Petitioners reversion was ordered to remain stayed till further orders. After some adjournments, the stay matter came up for hearing on 22.12.1993.
