JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this application for permission to withdraw the revision petition as the tenant has purchased the property in dispute and has become the owner of the same. Accordingly, this application is allowed and C.R. No. 840 of 1986 is ordered to be dismissed as having become infructuous.
