JUDGEMENT

(1.) This judgment disposes of Civil Writ Petition Nos. 3889, 3890, 3891 and 6049 of 1993.

(2.) A challenge has been made to the orders of termination from service almost on identical grounds.

(3.) The petitioners were selected as Trainee Linemen. On successful completion of the period of probation as trainee linemen, their services were regularised. Later on, it transpired that the petitioners had furnished bogus certificates of experience. A vigilance enquiry was held and it was found that the experience certificates furnished by the petitioners were bogus and their services were terminated. Some of them filed Civil Writ Petition No. 9839 of 1991 in this Court and the same was disposed of by a Bench of this Court by order, dated November 15, 1991 observing thus :
