JUDGEMENT

(1.) This civil revision is directed against the judgment of the trial Court whereby suit of the plaintiff for possession of land measuring 56 kanals was decreed.

(2.) Briefly, the fact as are that the respondent filed suit under Section 6 of the Specific Relief Act on the ground that he was dispossessed by the petitioners on 21.5.1986 from the land in suit, forcibly and without any authority of law. He, therefore, prayed that he be put back in possession as the suit has been filed within six months from the date when he was dispossessed. Petitioners resisted the suit of the respondent on the ground that they have been in possession for the last eight years and have also constructed a room in which they are living.
