JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE learned trial Court has given benefit of doubt to the respondent on the ground that sample of cow's milk purchased from him by the Food Inspector contained milk fat to the extent of 8% and milk solids not fat to the extent of 6.4%.

(2.) THE learned counsel for the State urges that in view of the deficiency in milk solids not fat, the learned trial Court should not have acquitted the respondent.

(3.) WE have gone through the evidence with the help of the learned counsel.
