JUDGEMENT

(1.) MR . Grover highlights the fact that the petitioner has already undergone one year and seven months out of the sentence of five years imposed upon him. The appeal having been instituted in 1983, is as yet likely to take sometime for its final disposal. The petitioner is entitled to the concession of bail. He be released on furnishing adequate security to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridabad. Order accordingly.
